1. Return Period

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order furniture items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at furniturelagao@gmail.com or call us at +91 82927 69372 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order details and reason for return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability and process the exchange.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item from our side. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details so we can assist you promptly.
